  1. Ayam seekor (1.2kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1.2kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
  3. Bancuhkan 500ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Rendang Lada Hitam AsliPure.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak. Masukkan ayam/daging.
  5. Tambahkan 100ml air. Biar merenih sehingga ayam/daging masak dan kuah kering.
  6. Ayam/Daging Rendang Lada Hitam AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. One whole chicken (1.2kg) cut into pieces/meat (1.2kg) boil to tender.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 500ml water with AsliPure’s Black Pepper ‘Rendang’ Premix Spices.
  4. Fry mixture until heated through. Add chicken/meat.
  5. Add 100ml water. Simmer until chicken/meat tender and gravy dry.
  6. AsliPure’s Black Pepper Chicken/Meat ‘Rendang’ is ready to serve.
