  1. 600 gm ikan pilihan dipotong mengikut porsi hidangan.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak masak.
  3. Bancuhkan 350ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Kari Ikan AsliPure dan serbuk santan.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
  5. Masukkan 700-800ml air dan biarkan mendidih.
  6. Masukkan belahan tomato, hiasan cili hijau, kacang bendi, bersama ikan. Tutup dan renehkan selama 10minit.
  7. Kari Ikan AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. 600gm of preferred fish cut into serving portions.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 350ml water with AsliPure’s Fish Curry Premix Spices and coconut milk powder.
  4. Fry mixture until heated through.
  5. Add 700-800ml of water and bring to boil.
  6. Add in tomato pieces, sliced green chilies, okras and fish. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. AsliPure’s Fish Curry is ready to serve.
