- 600 gm ikan pilihan dipotong mengikut porsi hidangan.
- Panaskan 100-120ml minyak masak.
- Bancuhkan 350ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Kari Ikan AsliPure dan serbuk santan.
- Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
- Masukkan 700-800ml air dan biarkan mendidih.
- Masukkan belahan tomato, hiasan cili hijau, kacang bendi, bersama ikan. Tutup dan renehkan selama 10minit.
- Kari Ikan AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
- 600gm of preferred fish cut into serving portions.
- Heat up 100-120ml oil.
- Mix 350ml water with AsliPure’s Fish Curry Premix Spices and coconut milk powder.
- Fry mixture until heated through.
- Add 700-800ml of water and bring to boil.
- Add in tomato pieces, sliced green chilies, okras and fish. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- AsliPure’s Fish Curry is ready to serve.
