CARA MEMASAK / COOKING METHOD

  1. Ayam seekor (1.2kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1.2kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
  2. Masakkan ayam/daging bersama 1kg santan dan Pracampuran Rempah Rendang Ayam/Daging AsliPure.
  3. Kecilkan api dan reneh sehingga kepekatan yang dikehendaki.
  4. Rendang Ayam/Daging AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. One whole chicken (1.2kg) cut into pieces/meat (1.2kg) boil to tender.
  2. Add chicken/meat together with 1kg coconut milk and AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Rendang Premix Spices.
  3. In slow flame simmer gravy till the required thickness.
  4. AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Rendang ready to serve.
