CARA MEMASAK / COOKING METHOD
- Ayam seekor (1.2kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1.2kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
- Masakkan ayam/daging bersama 1kg santan dan Pracampuran Rempah Rendang Ayam/Daging AsliPure.
- Kecilkan api dan reneh sehingga kepekatan yang dikehendaki.
- Rendang Ayam/Daging AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
- One whole chicken (1.2kg) cut into pieces/meat (1.2kg) boil to tender.
- Add chicken/meat together with 1kg coconut milk and AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Rendang Premix Spices.
- In slow flame simmer gravy till the required thickness.
- AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Rendang ready to serve.
