  1. Ayam seekor (1.2kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1.2kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
  3. Campurkan 400ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Ayam/Daging Cili Masala AsliPure, serbuk santan dan daun bay.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
  5. Masukkan ayam/daging.
  6. Tambah sedikit air dan reneh sehingga kuah pekat.
  7. Ayam/Daging Cili Masala AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. One while chicken (1.2kg) cut into pieces/meat (1.2kg) boil to tender.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 400ml water with AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Chilli Masala Premix Spices, coconut milk powder and bay leaf.
  4. Cook mixture until heated through.
  5. Add chicken/meat.
  6. Add some water and simmer until gravy thickens.
  7. AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Chilli Masala is ready to serve.
