- Ayam seekor (1.2kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1.2kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
- Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
- Campurkan 400ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Ayam/Daging Cili Masala AsliPure, serbuk santan dan daun bay.
- Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
- Masukkan ayam/daging.
- Tambah sedikit air dan reneh sehingga kuah pekat.
- Ayam/Daging Cili Masala AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
- One while chicken (1.2kg) cut into pieces/meat (1.2kg) boil to tender.
- Heat up 100-120ml oil.
- Mix 400ml water with AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Chilli Masala Premix Spices, coconut milk powder and bay leaf.
- Cook mixture until heated through.
- Add chicken/meat.
- Add some water and simmer until gravy thickens.
- AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Chilli Masala is ready to serve.
