  1. Ayam seekor (1kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
  3. Bancuhkan 350ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Kari Ayam AsliPure dan serbuk santan.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
  5. Masukkan ayam/daging bersama 2 biji ubi kentang.
  6. Tambahkan 600-700ml air dan biar mendidih sehingga ayam/daging masak.
  7. Kari Ayam AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. One whole chicken (1kg) cut into pieces/meat (1kg) boil to tender.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 350ml water with AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Curry Premix Spices and coconut milk powder.
  4. Fry mixture until heated through.
  5. Add chicken/meat and 2 potatoes.
  6. Add 600-700ml water and simmer until chcicken/meat tender.
  7. AsliPure’s Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
