- Ayam seekor (1kg) dipotong kecil/daging (1kg) direbus terlebih dahulu.
- Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
- Bancuhkan 350ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Kari Ayam AsliPure dan serbuk santan.
- Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
- Masukkan ayam/daging bersama 2 biji ubi kentang.
- Tambahkan 600-700ml air dan biar mendidih sehingga ayam/daging masak.
- Kari Ayam AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
- One whole chicken (1kg) cut into pieces/meat (1kg) boil to tender.
- Heat up 100-120ml oil.
- Mix 350ml water with AsliPure’s Chicken/Meat Curry Premix Spices and coconut milk powder.
- Fry mixture until heated through.
- Add chicken/meat and 2 potatoes.
- Add 600-700ml water and simmer until chcicken/meat tender.
- AsliPure’s Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
