  1. Pilih ikan pari (1kg) atau ikan yang sesuai untuk memasak asam pedas dipotong mengikut porsi hidangan.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
  3. Bancuhkan 500ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Asam Pedas Ikan AsliPure.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak. Masukkan satu kuntum bunga kantan yang dihiris (jika ingin).
  5. Masukkan 1000-1200ml air dan biarkan mendidih sehingga kepekatan yang dihendaki.
  6. Masukkan ikan, kacang bendi dan belahan biji tomato. Tutup dan renehkan selama 10minit.
  7. Ikan Asam Pedas AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. Choose stingray (1kg) or suitable fish to cook ‘Asam Pedas’ and cut into serving portions.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 500ml water with AsliPure’s ‘Asam Pedas’ Premix Spices.
  4. Fry mixture until heated through. Put in one slice torch ginger (if desire).
  5. Add 1000-1200ml of water and bring to boil until the desired concentration.
  6. Add in fish, okras and tomato. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. AsliPure’s Asam Pedas Fish is ready to serve.
