Sambal Tumis @ ‘Sambal Tumis’ Premix Spices

CARA MEMASAK / COOKING METHOD
- 1kg udang (buang kulit) dan 150gm petai.
- Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
- Campurkan 500ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Sambal Tumis AsliPure.
- Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
- Masukkan petai dan udang. Kacau sebati.
- Tambahkan air jika perlu.
- Sambal Udang & Petai AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
- 1kg prawn (unshell) and 150gm petai.
- Heat up 100-120ml oil.
- Mix 500ml water with AsliPure’s Sambal Tumis Premix Spices.
- Fry mixture until oil spreaded.
- Put in petai and prawn. Stir well.
- Pour in some water if needed.
- AsliPure’s Prawn & Petai Sambal ready to serve.
