CARA MEMASAK / COOKING METHOD

  1. 1kg udang (buang kulit) dan 150gm petai.
  2. Panaskan 100-120ml minyak.
  3. Campurkan 500ml air dengan Pracampuran Rempah Sambal Tumis AsliPure.
  4. Tumiskan bancuhan sehingga pecah minyak.
  5. Masukkan petai dan udang. Kacau sebati.
  6. Tambahkan air jika perlu.
  7. Sambal Udang & Petai AsliPure siap untuk dihidang.
  1. 1kg prawn (unshell) and 150gm petai.
  2. Heat up 100-120ml oil.
  3. Mix 500ml water with AsliPure’s Sambal Tumis Premix Spices.
  4. Fry mixture until oil spreaded.
  5. Put in petai and prawn. Stir well.
  6. Pour in some water if needed.
  7. AsliPure’s Prawn & Petai Sambal ready to serve.
